A waterfront suburb built around the Blackmans Bay beach. A wide choice of houses, though predominantly modern, there are classic older styles as well. Situated 15 minutes drive south of Hobart, many properties enjoy views of the river and/or Mt. Wellington. A small shopping centre is centrally located and there are two primary schools in the area.
